@Tripair_com i booked a ticket for 2 persons on your website through WEGO and the price was showing to me in SAR all the time. When i submitted my credit card your website has deducted the money in EUR which caused me extra money for the exchange rates. this is obvious frauding

@jb_hugon The refund process relies exclusively on the carrier since tripair raised refund apps on your behalf. We'll try pushing the carrier again though
@pratshukla We emailed & sent SMS on 25DEC. The ticket reissuance is processed by the airline directly since we have received no reply within the time limit and had no longer the control of your booking
@Tripair_com How? Where is the SMS? Did you guys call? How can you rebook without confirmation? Is it for the first time you are booking flights for people?
