The laws of logic are not brute facts floating in a void. They are reflections of God’s triune nature: one Essence, three Persons. God cannot therefore be one and not-one at the same time. Not because He is bound by logic, but because logic itself flows from who He is.

When we consider the miracle of human life, and we marvel at the incredible achievement of doctors, sculptors, mathematicians — in a “chance universe” where all we are is “matter in motion” — without the Creator God who made us, life is ultimately stripped of all meaning.

God is not just the conclusion to the argument; he's the necessary starting point. This pertains to all of life. You will not reach the right conclusion, on anything, if you do not first start with the triune God of the Bible.

Why are the colours of a rainbow so captivating, why is a snowflake so mesmerising? Why do we find beauty & wonder in any of these things, if we are just a haphazard arrangement of atoms? Without God, who created us specially — to wonder and to marvel — it is all without meaning.

Life is full of beauty. We see it in a sunrise, a snowflake, a child’s laugh. But if we are merely the product of a purposeless, chance universe, why should any of it move us more than a pool of mud?

How does art communicate beauty? How does beauty stir wonder? And how does wonder awaken that deep sense of awe and longing for something more? How can any of this carry real meaning if we are merely the product of a blind, material universe?
