i have started meal-prepping while in a calorie deficit and it’s a game changer weight loss versus other approaches i’ve tried eliminating decision fatigue from what to eat is huge and avoids resorting to delivery apps simplest way to start for me has been to: 1) make breakfast wraps and freeze them for ~10 days so i always have something ready in the morning. can be simple like seasoned meat + eggs + sautéed onions + a sprinkle of cheese 2) cook bigger meals like stir-fry and portion into 5-7 containers to eat over a couple of days. the pre-portioning is key, as well as cooking meals with ~50 g of protein and ~600 calories. Chef Jack Ovens on YouTube is a good place to start first time i’ve lost weight without it feeling like a big psychological task. i find myself not thinking about food much at all and cook 85% of my own meals now

First and foremost, I’ve got just under 1% of supply split between multiple wallets. I can assure you…. I’m not selling any till atleast $1 Billion MC. That’s me. His community built that entire business. What do they get? A discount code G FUEL sits in 400 Target stores. Built on FaZe Clan's reputation before the split. The community that made them famous? They get to buy more cans Juvee grew 400% year-over-year with 100 Thieves. Got acquired by Sprecher Brewing. The fans who drove that growth? They got to watch someone else cash the check See the pattern? The alignment problem Gaming communities are different. They don't just consume. They build. They meme things into existence. They can destroy a brand overnight or send it to the moon Look at what happened with PRIME. Logan Paul and KSI's audiences made it a $1.2B phenomenon. Arsenal deal. UFC deal. WWE's largest sponsorship ever. But when the community turned, sales started sliding. Because the community never owned any of it. I own around 0.25% of equity in @RektBrands This was gifted to me for free because owning a lot of @rektguy $REKT is obviously killing it, but the equity is a different play The only way to “exit” it most likely is by either 1) Rekt being sold to a global drinks brand 2) Bringing Rekt to the public markets through an IPO I expect number 2 to happen in lets say 5-10 years when Rekt is a global brand That 0.25% could turn into millions At 1 billion its 2.5 million At 10 billion its 25 million At 100 billion its 250 million Kind of insane if you think about it for a free gift if/when that happens
