I have been told by a few EA guys that Neymar was indeed not included based of performances compared to others. I did also relay to them that I thought based off that then having Mane or Salah or Hazard would have been a good call instead of Sarabia or a few others.

@FIFACareerGems Then you’ll notice he has low/low workrates, 1* SM, 1* WF, and 27 composure. I know this game.
