BREAKING 🔥 U.S. COURT SUMMONS DILJIT DOSANJH, JIMMY FALLON, NBC & LIVE NATION IN A LAWSUIT FILED BY 1984 SIKH GENOCIDE VICTIM Singh v. Dosanjh et al. (26-CV-04213 SDNY) Link To The Fedederal Court Complaint: khalistanreferendum.org/downloads/41 NEW YORK — The United States District Court for the Southern District of New York has issued summons in a civil lawsuit filed by Mohender Singh, a survivor and victim of the 1984 Sikh Genocide whose father was allegedly butchered to death during the anti-Sikh genocidal violence in Delhi following the assassination of Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. The lawsuit names singer Diljit Dosanjh, television host Jimmy Fallon, NBC Universal Media LLC, and Live Nation Worldwide Inc. as defendants in Civil Action No. 26 CV 04213. The plaintiff will attempt to serve Diljit Dosanjh through process servers during one of his upcoming Live Shows in the United States. Once served, defendants will have 21 Days to respond to the allegations filed in U.S. Federal Court. According to the complaint, Diljit Dosanjh “knowingly, willfully and in intentional disregard” publicly glorified and revered Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan — accused in the lawsuit of raising “Blood for Blood” slogans that allegedly fueled genocidal violence against Sikhs in November 1984. The complaint specifically references Dosanjh’s public appearance with Bachchan on the television program Kaun Banega Crorepati, during which Dosanjh touched Bachchan’s feet in a gesture described in the filing as reverence and honor. Plaintiffs allege the televised conduct caused “extreme emotional distress” to survivors and victims of the 1984 Sikh Genocide. The lawsuit further alleges that Dosanjh acted with prior knowledge of the trauma associated with the 1984 violence because of his role in the 2022 film Jogi, where he publicly stated that “What happened in 1984 was not riots, it was genocide.” Jimmy Fallon and NBC are named in the complaint for allegedly “platforming,” “promoting,” and amplifying Dosanjh through The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, while Live Nation is accused of commercializing and promoting Dosanjh’s U.S. concert tour despite objections raised by Sikh Genocide survivors. Sikhs For Justice (SFJ), a U.S.-based human rights group that has campaigned internationally to document and expose the facts surrounding the 1984 Sikh Genocide, stated that it is supporting the victims pursuing the lawsuit. “Jimmy Fallon, NBC, and Live Nation chose celebrity promotion and commercial profits over the psychological wounds of genocide survivors. This lawsuit sends a message that Sikh victims of 1984 will no longer remain silent while powerful media corporations normalize and sanitize individuals associated with genocidal violence.” — Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, General Counsel for Sikhs For Justice Pannun further stated: “1984 Sikh Genocide survivors watched Diljit touch Bachchan’s feet not as entertainment, but as the rehabilitation of a figure they associate with the bloodshed of their families. No amount of music, television glamour, or celebrity culture can erase the trauma carried by Sikh Genocide victims for four decades.” The complaint asserts claims including Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress, negligence, and related allegations under state and federal law. Plaintiffs allege the defendants’ actions “substantially contributed to and exacerbated Plaintiff’s emotional distress, humiliation, psychological trauma, grief, and mental anguish.” The filing seeks compensatory damages, punitive damages, attorney’s fees, and declaratory relief. The 1984 Sikh Genocide resulted in the deaths of over 30,000 Sikhs across India and continues to remain a source of profound trauma among survivors and victims worldwide. My parents brought me to this country as an infant in search of a better life. That’s what America is all about. Rep. Nancy Mace’s proposed constitutional amendment to bar naturalized citizens from serving in Congress, on the federal bench, and in Senate-confirmed positions is morally wrong. We must stand shoulder-to-shoulder against the bigotry and hate behind it.

Canadian police in Edmonton doing their job 👏 #Khalistani radicals trying to hijack a peaceful Sikh #NagarKirtan with separatist flags & agenda get stopped. Religious parades are for Gurbani & devotion, not hate & anti-India politics. #Canada

This crime is originating in Canada. This isn't the first issue that's happened in "secured" areas either. What the hell is going on at @TorontoPearson??

BREAKING — MILAN, ITALY CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS FILED AGAINST INDIA’S NSA AJIT DOVAL IN MILAN COURT “Hit Squads of SFJ’s Lawyers Will Shut India’s Doval Down… Soon.” — Pannun Italian Ministry of Justice to Investigate Allegations of Assassination Plots Targeting Khalistan Referendum Activists MILAN, ITALY — As Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi lands in Italy for his 20 May meeting with the Italian Prime Minister, accompanied by India’s National Security Adviser Ajit Doval, criminal complaints have now been filed in the Milan Court alleging Doval’s role in ordering and coordinating assassination operations targeting Khalistan Referendum activists. The criminal complaint filed by Italian Khalistan Referendum activists Jagroop Singh and Gurpal Singh, accuse Doval of commanding and coordinating transnational assassination operations against pro-Khalistan Sikh activists across multiple countries. The allegations include the assassination of Shaheed Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Canada, alleged assassination plots targeting Paramjeet Singh Pamma in the United Kingdom, and, most recently, allegations that Indian-linked hit squads were activated in Italy against Khalistan Referendum activists Jagroop Singh and Gurpal Singh. “While India’s NSA is hiring killer squads, Sikhs For Justice is hiring hit squads of lawyers to hold Ajit Doval accountable under international law,” stated Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, General Counsel for Sikhs For Justice (SFJ). “It is India’s bullets versus Khalistan’s pen — the most potent weapon of this century to stop Doval’s hit squads,” added Pannun. According to the complaints, the Italian Ministry of Justice has now initiated legal proceedings and investigative scrutiny into allegations relating to transnational assassination plots and targeted operations. “The rear-view mirror is a warning to Ajit Doval — accountability for targeting Khalistan Referendum activists is much closer than it appears,” stated Pannun. “Hit Squads of SFJ’s lawyers will shut Doval down… soon.” added Pannun.

The Indian diaspora is a living bridge of the India-Netherlands partnership. Our decision to extend OCI Card eligibility for the Surinamese Hindustani community from the fourth generation to the sixth generation has been enthusiastically received by the diaspora in the Netherlands!
