Last but certainly not least a huge thank you to @sainsburys Pontypridd for supplying water, fruit and other refreshments for our ultimate frisbee festival today! We really appreciate your support!!

A huge thank you also to @cardiffuni ultimate frisbee team @CardiffNoFrills who coached the kids from @FfynnonTafPri some new skills today. We really appreciated the time and effort they put into coaching the children! They loved it!

A massive thank you to @FfynnonTafPri for bringing 64 fantastically well behaved children to our first ever ultimate frisbee festival @USWSport park! They really embraced a sport they may not have been familiar with and had fun doing it! Thank you!

So it's finally here!!! Ultimate frisbee festival 2018 kicks off in just over 2 hours! Everything is in place to welcome our visitors from @FfynnonTafPri and players from @CardiffNoFrills down to the @USWSport park! We can't wait to see you all!!

On the day of the event we will also be supported by Pontypridd @sainsburys who have very kindly donated water and fruit for the children of @FfynnonTafPri to enjoy while they spend their day with us at the @USWSport park! We really do appreciate it guys!

We are also pleased to announce that on the day we will be joined at the @USWSport park by @CardiffNoFrills ultimate frisbee team who will be attending the event to help the children learn more about the sport through coaching and discussions on the day! Thanks for your support!

Thursdays ultimate frisbee festival will take place in the new state of the art facility at @USWSport sports park where the children from @FfynnonTafPri will get to show off their frisbee skills throughout the day!

It's a very important and busy week for us here at ufrisbee_usw! This coming Thursday we will be welcoming over 60 children from @FfynnonTafPri at the USW sports park, Nantgarw were we will be hosting our first ever ultimate frisbee festival!!
