You can't tax rich people on unrealized gains from stocks because "it's not real money until it's sold." So explain to me why my property taxes keep going up based on the unrealized value of my house? I didn't sell it. I didn't cash out. I didn't make a profit. But somehow I'm paying taxes on paper gains every single year. Interesting how "unrealized gains" only become a problem when wealthy folks are involved.

Once you out in the travelers information it says “Based on traveler information provided, the price of your ticket has changed” The price went from $752.20 -> $1,156.20 United see the trackers age was older so automatically drastically increased the ticket price Airlines started holding ‘separate fare buckets’ for different passenger categories. So now for the same seat, you can be sorted into age categories and have your price go up based on what United Airlines says their inventory is for each seat category This is dynamic pricing adjustments It’s only going to get worse if we let this continue

We also discovered a massive PRISONER HARVESTING SCHEME where a West Sydney businessman named Jamal Sabsabi charged the Australian taxpayer $340,000 for PHANTOM DISABILITY SERVICES to PRISONERS sitting in JAIL CELLS. Shockingly, we found Jamal Sabsabi simply started a new company right after being exposed for this prisoner scam. When we barged into his new business to confront him, we found a new West Sydney businessman sitting in his place with a gigantic golden leopard statue on his desk worth thousands of dollars. Josef Yousif at first denied that Jamal worked at the new office, before admitting he had “hired” him for his great “experience.” Upon investigating Josef, we discovered he operated under at least six different legal names with a combined criminal rap sheet that features over 50 court appearances. This is seriously one of the worst run government programs anywhere in the world. We are talking about tens of billions of dollars in fraud and absolutely vile organised crime abuse of extremely disabled Australians.

When we were investigating NDIS fraud in West Sydney we found an NDIS office decorated with a GOLDEN LEOPARD STATUE!!!! This guy was being paid by the Australian government to look after disabled kids and he's acting like he's in Wolf of Wall Street. We ended up doing some digging into this guy - Josef Yousif - because he gave us his business card. It turned out that he used at least 6 different legal names. He used multiple different spelling variations of his name in order to try bury a criminal history spanning more than 50 court appearances and multiple convictions. This tactic may have allowed him to get off lighter on some convictions by hiding past criminal offences under other names. Such a good person to run disability services for the Australian government.
