De las sociedades de agentes IA sin humanos de Sturzenegger la discusión la veo mal desde muchas aristas: 🤌No entiendo por qué se necesitaría un tipo de sociedad nueva: hoy cualquier sociedad argentina, incluyendo las unipersonales, pueden facturar sin empleados humanos; es irrelevante qué herramienta usen para generar valor. 👉Si la idea es que la sociedad no tenga socios humanos para sus derechos y obligaciones no se siquiera si sería constitucional, más allá que es no entender qué es un agente de IA hoy. 🤖Sobre lo de tener 500 millones de agentes de IA como sujetos identificables de derechos y obligaciones, no es entender qué es un agente de IA. Hoy es algo más cercano a una página web (que funciona 24x7 sola como toda página web) que de un sujeto de conciencia. 📈Sobre que en 10 años el 90% del PBI mundial va a salir de agentes de IA es discurso de IA-bro y no tiene ningún consenso científico o económico. No se puede legislar con ideas de futuro mediano que pueden ser uno de posibles futuros probables y no tiene consenso. Una cosa es prepararse, preparar un plan y otra decidir hoy. 🤦‍♂️La idea de que Argentina podría ser la que se lleve los impuestos de casi todo el PBI del mundo, más allá del delirio exagerado, genera demasiadas preguntas básicas: ¿por qué los demás países dejarían que eso suceda? ¿los demás no existen y son idiotas? ¿por qué el resto de los países no harían lo mismo si todo esto fuera cierto y útil? Y cuando eso pase, ¿por qué los agentes IA -autónomos y conscientes como se los imaginan- elegirían tributar en Argentina conociendo nuestra historia y no en cualquier otro país? 🏦¿Los impuestos no eran un robo? ¿Y ahora queremos que el país viva de cobrarle impuestos a supuestos negocios de supuestos agentes de IA corriendo en servidores en la nube fuera del país los cuales compran, venden y operan fuera de Argentina pero pagarían impuestos acá por llamar a la API de ARCA para hacer una factura en cada venta y con eso inflar el PBI del país sin efecto alguno en la calidad de vida los habitantes? ¿O esto viene con un plan de pago de renta universal? No se entiende esto con el discurso del gobierno. 🫧No ha dado muchos detalles el ministro pero la verdad que si nos ponemos a pensar en los posibles casos de uso de esto, solo se me ocurre lavado de dinero, estafas cripto, sarasa web3 y yerbas parecidas que con la excusa de que son agentes IA sin intervención humana vendrían acá a limpiar operaciones irrastreables. Así como no hay agentes IA armando religiones, ni charlando de la vida en un foro, ni tomando decisiones conscientes sobre nada (más allá de los discursos que hay), tampoco hay agentes queriendo abrir empresas para facturar sin humanos alrededor. Es todo verso de IA-bros. Un agente de IA es el mismo ChatGPT que usás para chatear solo que siendo invocado dentro de un software determinístico que itera sobre ese chat y puede actuar conectado a otros sistemas y a la computadora donde se ejecuta. Puede hacer cosas. Pero no es algo ni más ni menos inteligente ni más ni menos consciente que ChatGPT (uso ChatGPT como ejemplo que la mayoría entiende), no importa si le ponés el mote de empleado o le armás un avatar onda tamagotchi, en el fondo solo hay mucho texto guardado en un archivo que tiene que entrar al modelo IA ante cada operación a ver qué sale después de una operación probabilística.
