How do you approach your first users to get feedback? You'd ask them to join a meeting or you'd just have a text chat?

You can start pretty cheaply with our generous POWER plan :) When you're in the startup phase, we can also give you a 50% discount. Just reach out to support once you're in your trial. Anyway, good luck finding the right tool for the job. There are tons of awesome tools out there :)

Trying to implement a customer feedback system for my micro app There are a lot of different options out there; @cannyHQ @productboard @upvoty @olvyhq 🤔 To be fair I need something cheap to start with that would allow me if successful to upgrade easily
