I'm freaking out. My job just told me that I was nearly fired for taking sick days while sick, and I was just told that If I take 4 more sick days at any point for the rest of the year, I will be fired. Is this normal? I took off under a week seperately for 3 illness/injury

Can someone explain the whole view botting epidemic to me? What's the point? Do these views equal actual paid views or are they just there for show? Is Twitch able to not see that these are genuine or do they not care? Or is the botted view count just meant so people see the number & want to watch it to see what's going on?
