One of the dangers in the Christian walk is building your relationship with God only on emotions. Feelings are real, but feelings change. Some days you’ll feel spiritually “high.” Other days you may feel distant, tired, or dry. If your faith depends only on emotions, your walk with God will always feel unstable. Real faith has to be rooted in truth, not just feelings. There will be moments where worship feels powerful and emotional, but there will also be moments where following God requires obedience even when you don’t “feel” anything. That’s maturity. Loving God is not only about emotional moments in church. It’s also about trusting Him when life is hard, praying when you feel weak, and obeying even when your emotions say otherwise. A strong relationship with God is deeper than feelings. It’s built on trust, truth, consistency, and obedience.

I might do multiple parts to this because I feel an urgency brothers and sisters like never before. Jesus is at the DOOR!! Take Jesus seriously. Take your salvation seriously. Take your eternity seriously. Time is running out.
