When you say tax the rich, you are taking about theft. The fact that someone is a billionaire is not relevant. What is relevant is that that portion of their wealth that is invested in enterprise should not be touched so that to avoid doing harm. Billionaires should only be taxed like other people— only on the money they take out from their businesses for personal purposes. If a trillionaire gives himself a $50K salary, that is all he should be taxed on.
