What's the point of changing my settings on @youtube to see less/none of a certain type of ad, when I change my settings and block the ads to see only that type of ads? What is @TeamYouTube doing?

Good job @YouTube You're showing ads about drugs to a recovering addict. These ads are shown on repeat, even though I've blocked the ads, even though I've reported the ads, and even though I've changed my settings. Yet @TeamYouTube does nothing because they don't care.
