For those who don't know, Gadaffi's Great Man Made River Project was in the process of re-greening the entire Libyan Sahara and part of the Sahel using vast underground fossil water reserves. There is no way a ticket featuring both Kwankwaso and Peter Obi can win a presidential election in Nigeria: - On a Kwankwaso/Obi ticket, the South will not vote for Kwankwaso. - On an Obi/Kwankwaso ticket, the North will not vote for Peter Obi.
