@ForwardCarolina A homeowner wants their home value to go up. Artificially constricting supply is an easy way to force prices to go up. So there are no individual incentives for either liberal or conservative homeowners to alter their framework.

Who came up with cover photos and why? They seem like a mind-boggling artifact of online identity. Profile photos I get (here’s my face), but cover photos (here’s my favorite landscape…???) ???

@gabrielvaldivia The cynic in me wants to say it was less a user pain point solution and more a way to avoid a glaring negative whitespace at the profile’s header on a desktop.

I admit I find it offensive when people say PMs job is to define the product. No. That's a collaborative process. Designers and engineers are not order takers.

As a product manager, there is *always* a long list of very high value things you *can* do that you cannot do right now.
Being good at prioritization helps a lot, but for ambitious PMs with an ownership mindset, this long list of things still tends to create considerable stress.
