The Issue w/ Ricochet Last week, I got shadowbanned, got in contact & fixed it after 48 hours. Today I played for 3 hours & got banned again. YOUR ANTICHEAT HURTS LEGIT PLAYERS MORE THAN CHEATERS. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR ACCOUNTS, THEY JUST GET ON ANOTHER ONE. @Activision

@realityuk_ Does it say 3 days or does it say limited matchmaking? I’m not sure if mine got hit cuz of the swap

@CODUpdates But can you do something about my account that has been in a limited matchmaking state since January 19th?

@CallofDuty It's shameful to have received a limited matchmaking status in plunder mode knowing that I live my game on the Twitch platform. 😭

@CallofDuty @CODUpdates Your anti cheat only works on legit players, your game is already dying. Change your whole anti cheat, console players are using scripts and cronus and your saying falsely ban? And ur saying u have sped up the limited matchmaking process? Its still a 5 days. Now we know its lies.

Activision and Call of Duty have admitted for the first time that RICOCHET anti cheat has had cases of false positive anti cheat enforcement. "If, over the course of these examinations we discover an account action was not warranted it will be rolled back."

@notblametruth Perhaps they're not referring to mass reporting which is a bunch of different accounts reporting you in the same match, which is what most people are having happen when they get shadow banned. Think they're just talking about spam reporting from 1 account which isn't causing it.

🚨 SPAM REPORTING IN COD 🚨 Call of Duty once again states that spam reporting does absolutely nothing and can not put you in any sort of shadowban or limited matchmaking system. They also say spam reporting reduces the trust they have in future reports from that account.

@charlieINTEL So why are innocent players still getting shadow banned?!?!

Activision says many players believe someone is cheating when in reality the players are not. "Over 60% of received cheater reporting in Call of Duty: Warzone have been against console players." In Season 3, killcam has been updated with more info to help alleviate this.

Warzone is an absolute mess with a joke of an anti-cheat, tons of bugs, and overall mess. And the future of Warzone relying on the upcoming Verdansk release to actually be good with good fixes does not inspire much confidence considering the track record so far...
