Every Indian kid knows what it feels like when a parent quietly dreams through us. Sometimes they never say it loudly. But you can see it in their eyes. In their sacrifices. In the way they introduce you to others with pride even before you have achieved anything. Whether he becomes a doctor or not, he has already taught millions something far more important: It is never too late to honor a dream. And love has no retirement age. ❤️

People think this is a “smart negotiation tactic.” It’s not negotiation. It’s forgery. Be bold in asking. Be confident in negotiating. But don’t confuse creativity with credibility. A 150% hike feels amazing. A terminated offer feels unforgettable.

3️⃣ The fine print nobody reads “Employment is subject to successful verification.” Meaning? They can remove you even after joining. And yes, that stays on record. 4️⃣ Reputation & ethics Industries are smaller than you think. HRs switch companies. Recruiters talk. Agencies keep data. If numbers can’t be trusted… you can’t be trusted. And that tag is expensive.

I edited my salary slip to get a 150% hike. No new certification. No promotion. No switch to a different industry. Just one edited PDF… and boom - 150% jump. You must have seen those influencers making these bold claims… right? Let’s talk about what actually happens after getting the offer letter👇

He didn't just carry the skeleton of his sister...he carried the funeral of humanity. If a system works only for the informed and privileged… does it really work?

5. Don’t Skip the Footnotes & Schedules Look out for frequent changes in accounting policies as they could be tactics to hide the actual earnings. Contingent liabilities may not show up in the main financials but can have real future impact. If “exceptional” or “one-time” charges show up every year, they are not really exceptional. 💡 Pro Tip: Don’t just read one year’s report. Compare the last 3–5 years to spot trends, inconsistencies and evolving narratives. That’s where the real edge lies. If you can truly read between the lines, you are already ahead of most people in finance.

4. Check the Executive Structure & Governance Assess whether the management is experienced, stable and aligned with shareholders. Too many related-party directors or lack of board independence are red flags.

If you are a finance student, equity research aspirant or someone preparing for interviews then annual reports can give you an edge (only if you know where to look). Here’s how you can decode an annual report like a pro: 1. Start with the Chairman’s Letter This is where the tone of the company is set. Does the language feel confident or defensive? Compare it with past years. A sudden shift in tone or priorities often signals deeper strategic shifts worth investigating.

Santner goes off with a shoulder issue… and suddenly it’s a concussion substitute for Mumbai Indians vs CSK? 🤨 The International Cricket Council rule is simple: Concussion subs = ONLY for head injuries. So what did we miss here? 👀 Transparency matters as much as tactics. 🏏 #ipl2026 #csk #mi #MumbaiIndians

OpenAI Chronicle and AirJelly are rooted in fundamentally different product philosophies. Chronicle tackles a well scoped systems problem: improving code context retrieval, state awareness, and developer recall within complex codebases. AirJelly operates at a higher abstraction layer probing what it means for an AI system to model user intent, preferences and behavioral patterns over time. The former is an optimization problem with fairly defined constraints. The latter is an open-ended systems challenge significantly harder, but with far greater surface area for impact.

If your biggest life moment doesn’t earn you a full day offline, something’s broken. We have glamorized hustle to the point where rest feels like guilt. And somehow, that’s being packaged as inspiration. We definitely don’t need stories like this. We need stories where people disappear for a week and nothing breaks.
