I dunno guys. Putting everything else aside, I'm simply tired of coming here just to look at art/catch up with other artists only to leave angry at something unrelated, having seen next to nothing of what I came here for. So I think it's time for a break. Hope to see you there ❤️

I feel like I haven’t made art in a year, this year has been so unproductive, so few finished works this year it’s starting to eat me…. I just got so much I want to/need to work on I keep freezing 😔

@SiriSketchbook You tend to target it at the job you're applying for. E.g. Don't show vehicle painting if the job asks for creature artists. You can have multiple portfolios. Someone once told me 30 pieces max in each. Min can be as low as 5, as long as they're really showing what you can do.

@MelroseDowdy I might go: "The gentle breeze rocked window-box flowers. They seemed to wave at Sarah, beckoning her in." But I think it would depend on the perspective the rest is being written from. It might feel out of place to slip briefly into the third person like that.
