Glimpses from Wicked Oaks Day 2 ✨ May your path wander ever onward 🌳

On Monday, October 27th, camping and festival Lost & Found will be located at the festival box office located at the front gates of Carson Creek Ranch (701 Dalton Lane, Austin, TX 78742). Operating hours will be from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST. From October 27th onwards, kindly direct any inquiries regarding lost items to lostandfound@wickedoaksfest.com. You will be subject to a shipping fee if your item is found. All unclaimed items will be discarded or donated after Monday, November 10th. Wicked Oaks is not responsible for items left at Lost & Found, nor is reconciliation guaranteed.

PARKING UPDATE: The parking lots fit for vehicles at Carson Creek Ranch are now full. For now, day parking attendees must redirect to the complimentary parking and shuttle service located at: Lot H, Circuit of The Americas. 9201 Circuit of The Americas Blvd, Del Valle, TX 78617 Guests can park and shuttle to & from the H, Circuit of The Americas free of charge. We are working diligently to repair the parking lots. We will provide another update when more parking at Carson Creek Ranch becomes available.

UPDATED SUNDAY SET TIMES 🧚 Gates are now open! Thank you for your patience & flexibility as we navigate impacts from the weather. Saturday only pass holders may visit the customer service line at the box office to exchange their wristband for a Sunday only pass. Rideshare pick-up and drop-off will remain at Carson Creek Ranch. The forecast is much more positive today so we strongly encourage fans to rideshare to the venue. Due to inclement weather, the festival grounds are unfit to proceed with programming at this time. The remainder of Wicked Oaks Day 1 has come to an unfortunate early conclusion. This decision is based upon the recommendation from local authorities in consultation with the National Weather Service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, the safety and well-being of our attendees remain our highest priority. As this time, Day 2 programming will proceed as planned. We will continue to monitor the weather forecast, so stay tuned for further updates. Details of a partial refund policy will be released next week.

The National Weather Service and local authorities have indicated there is severe weather in the vicinity. At this time, we are temporarily suspending all festival programming and are advising guests to follow staff directions, who will lead fans to shelter. Your safety during severe weather is your personal responsibility and we strongly advise all guests to follow staff to shelter. Event staff are here to assist you and will direct you to shelter. Once the threat of severe weather has passed, we will resume all festival programming. We apologize for any inconvenience.
