🧬My 2024 Biohacking Blueprint: Back from burnout. The Starting Line: Due to my own health journey in reversing an autoimmune disease, I my ~biohacking~ journey started around 2013. With a full recovery a few years later. Over the past couple years while starting @sparrowclinic & @optio2labs, I inadvertently started doing less and less of my normal health focus. Despite maintaining a nutritious diet, other vital habits fell by the wayside, time I would normally take for my body became less common. Also, while my "symptoms" were probably nothing to most people, they were not normal for me. It's a classic reminder: You can't eat your way out of a bad lifestyle. 🔹 The Slip-Ups: -Blue light overload and poor management -Excessive sitting, minimal movement -Poor sunlight exposure -Way too much fasting (and poor coffee habits stressing my adrenals)* *This was by far the worse on my body. These habits, seemingly small, sparked noticeable changes in my health. 🔍 Red Flags Noticed: By late 2023, I observed declines in: Digestive resilience Hair quality Sleep consistency Stress response Mental clarity Despite a robust diet since 2014, over fasting, life stress, and lifestyle changes took their toll. 📈 My Holistic 2024 Game Plan: 1. Supplements & Medications: LDN for continued autoimmune support NMN for NAD+ boosting D3/K2 until my levels are back to norm. Plus, synergistic with LDN. BPC-157 Peptide for gut health recovery and as I get my body moving again. Bio Regulators - these work synergistic with peptides plus will provide good support for various things including my MTHFR gene mutation. Methylated B Complex - important for me since the MTHFR in order to detox, NO production, etc. Rotating spore probiotics and bovine Colostrum to support immunity, gut diversity, etc. until it is back to norm. (I am close already.) Customized supplement regime depending on my quarterly tests. (Vitamin C, Pregnenolone, Zinc, etc.) 2. Cosmetic Support: Topical Gku-Copper Peptides Rosemary & Tallow Haircare Scalp nourishing with custom oils Bi-weekly Derma Rolling Red Light Therapy Rose Face Oil Occasional Ozone facials 3. Therapies & Treatments: Bi-monthly IV MSC Stem Cells Semi-annual MSC exosomes Quarterly NAD reset IVs with co-nutrients Adrenal Reset Neural Therapy Vagus nerve stimulation 4. Movement & Flexibility: Foundation Training for flexibility Progressive body weight and light weight training Reigniting my passion for tennis as cardio 5. Food Eat enough. lol. My diet has been pretty rock solid since 2013. I have tweaked and done many different things but that is a different thread. 🌱 Progress So Far: Since Q4 2023, I've seen remarkable improvements in digestion, skin, hair, energy, and mental clarity. This is just the beginning and rarely does anything go as planned but I'm excited to share updates and tweaks here throughout the year. Working with patients long enough, you learn fast that the gap between what someone should do and what they'll actually stick to is enormous and that's where most health advice dies. We all agree that eating your meat, eggs, etc is great but that doesn't mean everyone is at the same level of compliance or ability. There is friction there that can determine their long term buy in. The closer you get someone to a better choice without blowing up their routine, the more ground they actually gain. So when someone builds a cleaner alternative in a market full of garbage ingredients that's not compromise. That's how you actually move the needle at scale. We need more of that, not less. Sure, there will always be grifters in this space - that's not new. But the answer to that isn't fewer solutions, it's better ones. Every genuinely clean product that makes it to market moves the culture forward a little and we desperately need that.

Hey bud, in an industry where almost everything else out there is full of horrible stuff (processed sugar, seed oils, fake fats/flavors/sweeteners etc.), I hardly think making a protein bar entirely from real food that tastes amazing is "selling out." I'll have the team send you guys some to try- you gotta let me know what you think but I think you'll love them and they'll come in handy when you are on the go or traveling. I've always been a fan of steak and eggs but these don't travel well in a gym bag, or a backpack you know? Give the people something good to make their lives easier...

@DrJesseMorse @sparrowclinic We use a device that controls the gamma. Definitely need that to better tailor to the patient. The light is a great combo.

@WillSiskey @sparrowclinic I’m not a fan of EBO2, as the gamma are usually over 20 and most patients start to hemolyze. I use a Hemalumen light on all my machines. Beautiful combination.

Take this up a notch by doing EBO2, where your filtered, oxygen rich blood goes through light therapy to increase NAD and mitochondria health as well. It truly is remarkable. We do this at @sparrowclinic and its helped many.

@bruceisprimal Have you tried the @OptiO2Labs nasal breathing trainer? It promotes nasal breathing and supports oral posture to retrain especially during workouts, etc.

Got the Reviv mouthguard, now I am gonna start to do thumbpulling + myofunctional therapy , Suture traction therapy

Bad take @RepJoeWilson . I just met with a number of orthodox church leaders (not just russian orthodox) that are requesting help because the government of Ukraine is jailing Christians for preaching their faith. They asked you your help and you do this? Do you really think taxpayer dollars should be going towards the persecution of Christians?

This is what @RepJoeWilson is defending. Icons sliced, parts of the Church used as a ‘toilet’, the Eucharist Artophorion used for ‘cigarette butts’. Orthodox Christians around the world must stand against American support for this. Lord have mercy.

South Carolina is not sending their best. Congressmen Joe Wilson has asked Pam Bondi to go after ROCOR and the OCA as agents of Russian influence because we opposing the Ukrainian government beating up old ladies, stealing churches, imprisoning bishops, and drafting clergy and monks into the army.

This is NIL, I think. Margin of victory has been cut in nearly in half in SEC games since 2020. Unfortunately, much like in NFL, this makes officiating far more significant.
