Having an 0844 number for your customer services is the least customer focused thing you can do, shame on you @PostOffice Then keeping someone on hold for over 40 minutes to ramp up the charges is the second. #ripoff

Just received our order from Fetch @Ocado . Always been impressed with their great service but their idea of environmental responsibility leaves a lot to be desired. So much plastic packaging for 12 tins of dog food and 4 packs of dental sticks! @Ocado you can do better.
