Imagine a single beam of white light. In its pure state, it is absolute unity - whole, flawless and unbroken. It contains every colour yet shows none. It simply is. This is the pure “I AM”: unconditioned awareness before name, history or identity. Now imagine this light passing through a prism. The prism represents self-conception - the moment awareness ‘decides to be something’. As the light is refracted, unity isn’t lost but expressed. The single beam fans out into a spectrum of colours, giving birth to multiplicity. In human terms, these colours are the countless forms of life. They appear separate, divided by circumstance and identity. I may appear as blue. You may appear as yellow. But we are not separate lights. We are the same light, seen from different angles. Different expressions. Same source. Any sense of separation is only surface level. Every colour is the white light, vibrating at a specific frequency. There is no point where the source ends and the colours begin. The ray is continuous with the beam. What looks like division is simply refraction. This multiplicity within oneness is what I call duonity (multi-unity). You are not a fragment broken off from the whole. You are the whole, focused through a specific lens. The sense of “I exist” at your centre is the same “I exist” in every being. Your deepest essence is the white light before the prism. You are the pure “I AM” temporarily experiencing itself as a single colour. ~ Unknown ✨🙌🏾💫

A man in his single years should focus on 6 things: • Seek God first and become a spiritual leader • Build businesses and financial freedom • Get physically strong and healthy • Enjoy brotherhood and real friendships • Travel and collect life experiences • Learn to cook real food (like an Argentinian osso buco in Malbec) When you’re checked on all that, then look for your dream girl. God won’t hand her to you in the situation you are right now and say “Son, this is her” You go find her, and become the man who can provide real value and leadership.
