@sacapedu No, but the context may bring different content for discussions and problem solving. The coaching management approach would be the same.

@ColleenQvist Yes, at the appropriate time. When a patient is within inches of their life, when a medical aid asks what to do, it may not be the best time to ask "what you you think you should do?"

A6 Sometimes using a coaching management approach takes more time and in a fast paced environment such as an emergency room, one needs to choose the coaching moments wisely. But when well timed, a coaching approach is almost always the best approach. #CoachingManagement

@sacapedu A5 It builds closer relationships, more communication will be taking place. You begin to understand people’s strengths, and can support to develop that further. You start trusting people more, by allowing them to make decisions and find their solutions. Employees notice growth

A5 Employees are engaged in empowering conversations that help them generate their best thinking. Rather than being told what to do, they catalyse ideas and solutions for themselves taking multiple perspectives into account. #CoachingManagement

@sacapedu A4 Being coached allows a manager to experience coaching. Introducing a coaching style moves manager from ego-centric to eco-centric. More curiosity, open questions, supportive empathy, aligned goals, engaged employees, better results #CoachingManagement
