Another soft plea deal for a defendant who stole millions of dollars. You should give him a prison sentence and IF he helps locate his co-defendant, then and only then does early termination get considered. You don’t let him walk with a condition of probation because if he cannot find his codefendant he’ll claim he tried and it is not his fault he wasn’t able to locate him so it cannot be a violation of probation. Not surprised AG Ellison approved that deal.
