They also mentioned it's for a school, not college. So yea, she's 15

@potina_ @kurisuteana We do actually have this psuedo-confirmed since we know everyone's birthdays and what year of school they're in. Mion is a 3rd year in middle school & Keiichi and Rena are 2nd years but Keiichi's birthday has already passed before the game so he and Mion are 14 & Rena is 13
