@searching4lyfe @ronrule @Ander_Mander Literally every mid-scale restaurant has a $15 chicken sandwich and a $65 fish/steak dinner. Order a chicken sandwich and soda or a fish/steak with a top shelf liquor on the rocks and you have two exact level of effort meals $20 or $80. $4 tip or $16 tip.

Percentages make no sense for tipping. I go to a restaurant and order a $20 steak. Guy at the table next to me orders a $100 steak. If I tip $5 I’m considered a great tipper, but he’s expected to tip at least $20. Why? The server literally did the same amount of work!

A “rebuilding season” for Brian Wardle and the Bradley Braves is 20 wins (for the fourth straight season) and a two-seed in the MVC. Lost four starters with thousands of collegiate minutes between them. Second youngest team in the valley. Took a lot of patience and growth, and there’s still games to play, but take a second to appreciate coach Wardle and the standard he’s built.

Kinda done with FBS Football. Sure, the games weren’t perfect in round one, but it was “right.” Now, special treatment for P4 and ND and it’d all be different. Total crap. Add in the no limits portal and no limits NIL and it’s just no longer the sport I fell in love with.
