@Zappos What the hell happened to Zappo's? They have cancelled my order twice - and the second time they did not tell me. My bank did... I mean shitty customer service. I have purchased elsewhere and the shoes will be delivered tomorrow.

@Zappos I’ve tried calling, chatting online and texting. No response during business hours. There’s no where in my returning info to mention that the shoes I received today had been PREVIOUSLY WORN, like A LOT! I don’t want this to come back on me as trying to return worn shoes.
