🚨 JUST IN via @SamJDean:
Arteta on when his mind turns to next season:
“Now, immediately. 100 per cent. Tomorrow we have certain things we are discussing and making decisions. When I start to think about it [next season], I feel goosebumps and excitement.”

@MrDtAFC I'm sorry, DT, but this tweet utterly lacks STANDARD & AMBITION! How some of you manage to convince yourself that a striker with over 40 goals in a single season is suddenly not good for us beats my entire logic. WHAT EXACTLY IS THIS REALLY ABOUT??? Gyokeres is BETTER FOR US!!!
English

I think Sesko suits us better than Gyokeres. If you understand football, you will see this. Gyokeres is a very good player, but I just don't think he's right for us. Sesko has fewer goals and is more raw, but he fits us perfectly. He also averages a goal/assist every 120 minutes. Some of you talk as though he's a bum. If we also sign Rodrygo, then that is some serious business. I'd be over the moon.
