You may need this today - I did.
Dear Lord,
I admit that I am afraid, and I know that you are not the author of fear.
From this moment on I let go of terrorizing myself with my thoughts.
Today I will not condone nor indulge my own worrying or obsessive negativity.
Today I believe in your Hand upon my shoulders, leading and guiding me through all situations and controlling all outcomes.
I realize I am not alone, that I have a companion who knows who I am and what I need: Divine Aid is mine now.
I take a deep breath and surrender my fears into the arms of the Divine Mother; nothing and no one can interfere with the miracles I now claim for myself and for this situation.
All anxiety, dread and panic dissolve now and I relax my body and let go.
My shoulders drop, my jaw and forehead relax and all tension is released into the white light of Your Divine Love.
My heart is beginning to soften as I release being right about my fears:
I am an innocent child of God who believes in the miracles which defy all the laws of this world.
I surrender now unto the Laws of God.
I will not project my thoughts into the future.
I will not keep repeating my past; my faith is in You God.
I know that you are more powerful than any person, condition or situation, I am washed clean in the living waters.
It is easy for me to breathe in and breath out for the Holy Spirit now enters my body and clears my mind of all thoughts which do not Bring peace, clarity and calm.
Thank You Lord for the answer to all my problems.
Thank You for walking with me today.
I love You and trust You in all things and in all ways
