Negotiation is a two-way thing. Chelsea clearly wants him to stay, but if he's asking for £250k-£300k per week and the club says no, he can't be disappointed with that. From what his agent Pastore said, it's down to money—what they think he deserves. But the problem is if we give it to him, we will be forced to adjust Palmer’s and Caicedo’s accordingly in a year. That's how it works for players' representatives. However, for Enzo, he still has six years or thereabouts on his existing contract. Chelsea can still decide to keep him for 2-3 years if they want. I don't see anything to worry about.
