Back when I was دار الحديث الخيرية بمكة المكرمة, Sheikh Mohammad Bin Adam Al Ethiopi (رحمه الله) taught me to how to do الركوع properly, & all this happened when I used to spend some golden moments with him between Athan & Iqamah after Dar ends during Duhr;

A blameworthy habit that some of our brothers from Ahl al-Sunnah unfortunately fall into: constantly breaking appointments, poor communication, delaying people, treating promises casually, and failing to even apologize, excuse themselves, or follow up.
This is not fitting for a Muslim, let alone a student of knowledge!
