@Zeelabpharmacy I made a payment for an order through app via upi, and the payment was successfully completed from my end, but the order has not been placed.Kindly check the transaction status and Initiate a refund. It had been almost 3 days but I didn't get the refund yet.

I have mailed all the details 2 times and called the customer care but didn't get any satisfactory answer.

@EvryPaisaMatter Thanks Amit, I faced same issue yesterday with my sis's new virtual debit. We tried many things but still did not work. Is there a way to enable this via customer care or something?

🚨 Beware New SBI Debit Card Holders 💳 If you have a newly issued SBI Debit Card (including Virtual ones), they are by default disabled for E-Commerce transactions. Infact, even when you try to enable the Ecom transactions via SBI YONO app or via net banking, it still does not work. The only way to make it work is to visit a branch and request for this because in the system, the radio buttons against the Ecom transactions is neither enabled nor disabled in their systems. As a matter of fact, the Bank staff is also not aware, but luckily there was one Bank staff who recently had a physical card issued and face the similar problem. When they called their SME to find out what happened, they figure out the system is not by default, enabling the Ecom transaction on their side. This is a serious bug, which needs to be addressed by @TheOfficialSBI to avoid such inconvenience to general public. #SBI #DebitCard #Alert

I emailed customer care on 01 Feb and was assured a resolution within 48 hours, but there has been no response till date. Requesting immediate clarification and resolution. @flipkartsupport
