ليه مش قادر تبطل ادمان حلويات ؟ الموضوع مش ضعف إرادة..دي كيميا دماغك! فيه حاجة في المخ اسمها (Hedonic Pathway) ودي المسؤولة عن الإحساس بالمتعة والمكافأة. لما ناكل حاجة فيها سكر، دهون، أو نكهات صناعية قوية (excitotoxins ) زي الملح احادي جلوتامات بيشتغل عندنا المسار دا والنتيجه؟

اي حد بيعاني من السمنه ومش قادر يبطل أكل محتاج حاجه واحده بس يعيد نظرته تاني للأكل : الاكل مش مصدر السعاده الوحيد في الحياه . الاكل مش لازم علي طول يكون طعمه حلو . الاكل الطبيعي اللي خلقه ربنا مش بيعمل ادمان . الاكل مجرد وسيله للبقاء علي قيد الحياه وماينفعش ياخد اكبر من حجمه .
