@RhysSullivan Pretty much follow the advice from Huberman around hydrating (with electrolytes/salts) and getting natural light exposure first thing to kick the circadian rhythm into gear. Then follow the 3:2:1 rule of no eating, drinking or screens for x number of hours respectively.

Has anyone successfully shifted themselves from a night person to a morning person, if so how? I feel like I'm best at working & being focused from around 6 pm to 4 am, but that does not work well with the rest of society

For the first 60 years of oil, we only used it for kerosene lighting. Gasoline was a waste product. Only after Henry Ford did we discover how to use billions of barrels of oil. Today’s GPT wrappers are like kerosene. If LLMs can write entire books for 15 cents, what use case can absorb $1 trillion of inference? What is the industrial scale gasoline level use case of AI? it's a weird time to be a programmer - everyone's saying our jobs will be gone soon - layoffs have hit so many of us developers, what are you doing to stay valuable and future-proof your career?

Don’t buy a house. Buy a business.

If different LLMs continue to perform better or worse at certain tasks, and offer different performance per watt, perhaps we need an orchestration layer to manage the optimal deployment of AI

Rather than sell the service of implementing AI, I think I’ll focus on selling the outcome it can generate.
