I toured a bit of Hargeisa today, and I am impressed by the neatness, order. There is a Mediterranean feel to Hargeisa - rolling hills, white stucco homes and villas. I also noted modest 'gentrification' of the city. A gated community that would rival Nairobi's Karen !
