Incredible... a @facebook "agent" just told me that I should not change my password as apparently facebook has a cooling off period , it blocks you from accessing your ad account and keeps charging your credit card. no notification or message, no idea how long it will be..

@FireflyAirlines I am not sure what is happening; firefly says their portal is no longer working for enrich redemption. They say to use the @MAS enrich portal, but it does not have any flights from Subang. anyone know what is happening?

@SamsungMalaysia there is no point having a pre order when you deliver phones after everyone has theres and for the same ”exclusive” price. will never buy online direct again! Still no phone

@SamsungMalaysia your online pre-order for the 25 ultra is a scam. I ordered one, said in stock for pickup. Chased many times and been told it could be weeks now, went to outlet and they have spare units. Your agent said i could cancel, then another agent said no. Disaster

@MAS I am trying to get someone to help at KLIA and it seems impossible , I hope you can help. I left my document holder at the checkin counter and need it back. please help as I have called 10 numbers and either no one answers or they hang up! Please

@MY_Airports waited 45 minutes at klia to be told oversize baggage system is broken! As it is raining cannot now get my bag! Has to be sent to my house. This use to be one of the best airports in the world… #klia #broken
