The full context of Jan. 6 is that Trump supporters lost an election and staged “Stop the Steal” rallies throughout the country in which they claimed Biden rigged it.
As part of this, masses stormed the Capitol and threatened to kill, among others, the vice president.

It’s worth noting that when Jan. 6 happened, the pro-Trump right used dozens of conspiracy theories to try and offload blame from themselves—e.g., claiming it was “antifa,” “feds.” Now, they seem keen to just admit they did it—all of it—and it was good.

Many people impose their idea of me onto me (e.g., "he wants everyone to wear suits"). This is an issue bc such people often have a very superficial understanding of dress and thus assume I share their ignorance. I like suits, but have been against dress codes for a long time.
