@ofc_barry Told you it’s not your location. @MTNNG workers are complaining about the device. @ConsumersNCC should sanction @MTNNG and customers be refunded. It’s crazy to spend 70k and not get what I paid for.
About the 5g MTN MiFi issue, their engineer has contacted me and came to my location. He run some test on the network and on the device, he confirmed there is a good quality 5G connection in my location and that the 5G MiFi device is the device that has issues.
I can use the 5G network on my phone

So MTN COME AND WORK ON YOUR DEVICE OR REFUND US

My MTN sim received 5G signal consistently on my phone, but d MiFi device never connected to 5G. I tested it in diff locations.
D problem is clearly with d device, and if we are not getting d service we paid for, then we deserve a refund.
