@edsadloch I certainly wasn't suggesting that playing against a wing-T offense is easy. On the contrary, our greatest rival ran the offense, and we engaged in a fierce battle for 20 years, marked by both victories and defeats in a true war of attrition.

The classic Wing-T offense! Coach Alberghini taught us back in the '90s to focus on the "X," where everything unfolds just a half-yard behind the line of scrimmage. By having our entire linebacker corps blitz through the gaps, we can disrupt any misdirection plays effectively. We also utilize a man coverage scheme on the outside, which pressures the offense to pass—something that Wing-T teams typically struggle with, as they can only commit to one style of play. This defensive approach has proven to be highly successful for us.
