@virginmedia The second tivo box that was installed says I need a subscription but would assume it should match the first box that already had this. Sky movies are already on there so doesn't make sense

@virginmedia There don't appear to be issues with broadband in my area, I checked on the app. And yes mostly a wireless connection but has never been this slow and we're on 500meg. Any ideas? Any idea for sky sports too on 2nd tivo?
@virginmedia Hi JJ. Internet download speed just now was around 6mb/s for the oomph package and no sky sports. Tried calling but left on hold for 45 mins last night and 30 today
