ALTRIN is a youth-led CBO in Uganda's Buliisa District founded in 2025. We propose integrating the Ministry of Education and Sport's EMIS with the DHIS2 health data platform into our BERTI project for enhanced learner tracking. The initiative targets reducing school dropouts and boosting graduation rates in the Albertine region by leveraging existing national data systems for better monitoring of student progress and outcomes.
