@British_Airways just spent an hour on hold + tried to change the flights of 2 passengers on a group booking and have been told the only way to do it is to cancel the entire booking (at a cost of £298pp) and re-book, as the booking can apparently not be split. This makes no sense
@JaneRackham2@British_Airways@British_Airways I am having the exact same issue it’s been 2 months since I was downgraded and told I would receive a refund and compensation and I have been ignored since. Terrible customer service

@VirginAtlantic hi, I am travelling to the USA on Tuesday and I have proof of recovery from covid-19 in the NHS app AND a signed letter from my GP to verify this. Is this enough documentation or do I need to get a LFT?
@kbts_stormborn@alexdell7@JennaKing_31 It was an NHS PCR. I think it needs to be a pcr so you can show the email proof rather than a self testing lat flow. But I’m not 100% sure the guidance isn’t that clear!
@ameliaar@alexdell7@JennaKing_31 Hi Amelia and Jenna — hope you don’t mind me asking, but did you guys get into the US ok? Was your previous positive an official PCR or self reported lateral flow? I’m not quite sure if my LFT will count as proof of testing positive 🤷🏻♀️
