@HDFCBank_Cares I re-raised this issue on 7th March & today is 26th March in between twice i have received deadlines to resolve the issue only after no response from bank on both the occasions. Is HDFC Bank really serious abt customer service ?? @RBI

@flipkartsupport Despite knowing the facts serving robotic response which are apathetic, callous, unsympathetic & insensitive lies. Why not copy pasting your clarification here? Let everyone see/read & analyaze how Flipkart tries to hide its fault & paints customers wrong.

@flipkartsupport You’ve not clarified anything just cancelled my order without my consent as you’ve dine to my complaint closing wthout resolution. Only stated that “due to unexpected reasons”. What reasons? Now my email id is also blocked by you. Totalitarian dictatorship by FLIPKART. Shame.

Infact they’ve even marked my mail as spam so that they dont get disturbed by my complaints & i’m their Plus Gold.

Bizzare rather than coming out with fair resolutuon which u posted in 24 hrs Flipkart has audicity enough to mock customer by re-asking issue. @_Kalyan_K

Anyhow without explaining any reasons for cancelling my order plus two other reasons then making mockery to resolve it. Poor & shameful Customer Service. Caution for all Flipkart buyers. @flipkartsupport without proper reasons or answers to my question raised. Poorest customer service show one can ever imagine from Flipkart. Shame.

@flipkartsupport Isnt this mockery of sales ? Wrong reasons given to undervalue my iphone12 on 26/9/25, then wrong updation of reason against transaction terming it Delivery Failed. Further when raised with Flipkart you keep the issue dilly-delaying it till today to finally cancelling the order

@flipkartsupport Have already shared all details with Support team plus wrote it on help page of Order Id OD335538312287312100. Further shaming the episode my order is cancelled without my consent & information. Poor Flipkart Shame.
