@MaplestoryU As a loyal player who has stayed with the game from beta all the way through launch, and who has not missed a single week over the past year, it is extremely difficult for me to accept this result. Even during the weakest Dark Knight period back in the early 4th job era, when the class was hyper weak in the game, I never once gave up on playing. I now have two 50M+ CP characters, and having my account effectively destroyed during what should have been a celebratory anniversary period is honestly devastating to me.😔 1. I can fully confirm that after claiming the crystals, I never used a single enhancement crystal, not even for flame exchanges. As a player, I truly did everything I reasonably could to avoid harming the game or affecting fairness in any way. 2. This issue originated from the game’s own bug, especially immediately after a major update. From a player’s perspective, being curious and exploring new NPC systems and game content is completely natural. Meanwhile, genuinely malicious bug abuse is actually very easy to identify, such as enhancing equipment, transferring assets, selling resources,or quickly profiting like the Lotus exploit cases around launch. Players and the company are not in equal positions when unexpected system bugs happen, because players cannot reverse actions that have already occurred on their accounts, even they havn't realized before. 3. My current MVP score is 32642. My wallet currently contains over 920M Neso and a Berserked item waiting for enhancement. Across my entire history, I have withdrawn from the marketplace fewer than three times, and those were only to help friends. Even during the recent massive rise in nxpc prices, I never once considered cashing out. To me personally, this amount of crystals honestly held no meaningful value at all. 4. I would also like to mention the enhancement price bug after last year’s maintenance update. At that time, enhancement costs effectively had no cap, and many players repeatedly tapped Absolab or CRA sets for only a few hundred K or 1M, when those later attempts should normally have cost 5M, 8M, or even 10M each. In terms of direct economic impact, each one of those taps effectively saved millions of crystals worth of value. The economic impact of that bug is not even comparable to this current claim issue. More importantly, during that previous bug, players clearly knew the enhancement cost would not increase, meaning every tap guaranteed profit with a fully known outcome. In this current claim bug, players could not even see whether the claim actually succeeded until after leaving the dialogue. That previous issue was quickly fixed and rolled back without severe punishment affecting players, while this situation has led to extremely harsh penalties. During this anniversary period, the game has introduced so much new content, and throughout this journey many of us have continued supporting, understanding, and staying loyal to the game through all kinds of situations. I sincerely hope the game can also show some understanding and compassion toward players who genuinely love and support it. Receiving such a severe punishment over this issue, especially during a time that should have been exciting and celebratory, honestly makes me feel extremely discouraged. Please consider my situation carefully. I truly believe many players who are still suspended right now are in very similar circumstances. #MapleStoryN #MSU
