@andrewjsalzer That’s the core of it. building gives you complete control and clear logic, whereas selling requires putting yourself out there to face market indifference or rejection

If distribution > building... why does everyone still build the product first? Why not grow an audience, then ship to people who already want it? Feels backwards. Or am I missing something?
