But difficult to organise - must be some allowance for clubs that have ambition - going through the Premier Clubs now and most have had periods in Div1.
Many matches last season were poor to watch and play in - not easy

@CornwallCricket Hope @HelstonCC & @FalmouthCC are keen to get back into the Premier League - could mean 2 sides from Prem could be relegated! Make for a challenging season in Prem & Div1.

Just saying what the rule is - if 2 clubs say they want to come up and finish at the top then they are entitled to come up.
