@spaulinnit @dave_philbin @grassrootsrefJa Yes, SCFC have had mutiple apologies/acknowledgements from the EFL that decisions have been wrong this season. Understand they will happen but in such a big game is unacceptable.

@andyphilbin @dave_philbin @grassrootsrefJa There must've been KMI mistakes in the games you guys played this season. Unfortunately, they will happen. That's not to say they shouldn't be acknowledged & learnt from, it's just that they're inevitable. The alternative is VAR, but it's a horrible in stadium experience.

Leyton Orient have a one-goal lead against Stockport, despite this being Charlie Kelman's position before he scored 😬

@spaulinnit @dave_philbin @grassrootsrefJa But they are season defining, for both clubs regardless of what happens on the 2nd leg. As I said, the TV cash alone being in the Championship is worth £9m. The KMI's need to be correct.

@andyphilbin @dave_philbin @grassrootsrefJa He quickly brushed off talk about penalties before saying it was the worst decision he's seen. Agreed. 2 high profile mistakes in a high profile game & 2 rights don't make a wrong. But this one game and these 2 moments are not the definition of your whole season.

@spaulinnit @dave_philbin @grassrootsrefJa He's not asked about that though, and two wrongs don't make a right. Refs have a difficult job, but in the professional game, in my opinion, this is an easy decision that has impacted a play off game. The cash from Sky alone for promotion to the Championship is an extra £9m.

@andyphilbin @dave_philbin @grassrootsrefJa So the Stockport manager says missing the offside goal was the biggest mistake he's seen in 15 years. It wasn't even the biggest mistake in the game! 😂😂

@dave_philbin @andyphilbin @grassrootsrefJa "you can climb as far up every referee's arse as you want." Just no need mate. That might be banter with your mates, but it's not appropriate for someone you don't know.

@spaulinnit @grassrootsrefJa What do you mean by 'eye level'? The assistant is in line and either he or the ref has to see the flick on. If Becckles doesn't touch it then Pye heads it clear. It's a terrible call and you can't defend it.

@spaulinnit @grassrootsrefJa He is 3 yards offside. I assume the officials have had a good season to get a high profile game. The 'goal' came from a free kick, so the assistant should have been in a good position.

@andyphilbin @grassrootsrefJa Before you judge this as a terrible decision you should see what the AR sees at eye level. It's nothing like this image.

@grassrootsrefJa I've not demanded they are sacked but this is a season difining game. And the referee got 2 KMI's wrong. The LO first goal and a penalty (that he didn't give) for LO in the second half. For an EFL official to get 2 KMI's wrong is poor.

@andyphilbin It was a human making an innocent mistake and it's time people treated it as that rather than the abuse that has followed and people demanding the officials are sacked

@grassrootsrefJa Undertand as a fellow ref you want to defend, but you can't defend the indefensible. This was a terrible decision.

@SkyFootball A very misleading imagine, show the full video & you can understand why the mistake happene - the officials didn't notice this touch. So many people demanding the officials are sacked yet nobody said it about the Coventry player. Referees are humans and humans make mistakes

@RonJichardson looking forward to the show. Travelling back to Stockport tomorrow lunchtime, let us know if you want a lift. There's a booster seat in the back.
