@RepDelBene I learned the hard way that my lovely marriage certificate didn’t count when I applied for an Enhanced Driver’s License. I needed a copy of the recorded document from the county. But the county had filed it with a typo. It took a very special county employee to look and look. 👏

The SAVE America Act would make it harder for Americans to vote, especially for women. In addition to needing a passport or birth certificate to vote, married women who changed their name would need additional documents, like a marriage or divorce record. We should not be punishing women who want to make their voices heard!
