the wallets on @FocusDotXYZ support two types of spendable assets currently, we have assets native to the DeSo blockchain like $DESO (for the L1), $FOCUS (utility app coin) and $USDC (on DeSo) but later we'll introduce support for $BTC, $ETH, $SOL all of it can be traded fully permissionlessly on our on-chain orderbook spot exchange, openfund.com which is already a gamechanger — BUT you'll also be able to actually use these coins in the Focus app itself for things like gated-content, paid DMs, subscriptions, tips, etc. this makes it so that even if you don't want to necessarily hold $DESO, you can still benefit from all of the features and on-chain monetization capabilities with another coin like $SOL or $ETH this gives OTHER layer-1 coins actual utility on a completely separate blockchain and app.

Glad you were not referring to names, Grace. In terms of content it's content with the sole intent to farm engagement, views, or gain followers to meet the ever-changing criteria for the creator program. There are posts out there explicitly calling for verified followers, or questions like "Is it sunny where you are?" which obviously have no value whatsoever. Questions that help you grow as a person, do research, etc., where everyone could benefit from, is what I consider to be valuable. I'm talking from a standpoint of building a sustainable, meaningful business/income. If one's here just for fun, that's perfectly fine and I wish everyone a great time. But chasing vanity metrics & relying on rev share is not a business model, imo.

The creator program with its revenue share looks like the new MLM. But with worse content in most cases.

Bought a template for $89. Charged $8k for the website. Wrote the copy with Claude. Website is ranking on Google. Bringing new leads every day "technically for free now". Client is happy, I'm happy. Project took 35h I must say, was overcomplicating things way too much. The templates are better than my designs, had to let go the ego and it saved me time + charge more. Damn son. The "unethical" debate is infinite. What matters at the end of the day is if you fulfilled your promise. Client don't care if you started from a template or not. I cared at first, now I don't.

Perhaps with visual captions or side notes for editing scalability, and uninterrupted monologue flow. I'm probably just not the ideal audience yet, but I thought it may be useful to you that I mention this could represent a missed opportunity for someone who is naturally skilled at explaining. There’s a larger audience interested in your field of specialization than the one your videos target. We may just need more base-level terms/concepts explained.
