I am proud of RMR’s solid leasing activity during the last three months of 2020, executing nearly 2.3 million SF of leases on behalf of our managed clients with a weighted average lease term of approximately seven years.

RMR reports the execution of 89 new and renewal #leases totaling approximately 2.3 million SF during the three months ending December 31, 2020 for its managed clients. This includes 26 new leases of approximately 380,000 SF and 63 renewal leases of approximately 1.9 million SF.
